January 3rd Concerns

Overview

Congress convenes on Jan 3rd.

Any stage in the transfer of power must be defended to stop the MAGA regime from refusing to cede power.

The seating of Congress is one of those pivotal moments. This stage overlaps with the next stage and documents will need to choose a stage based on which kind of concerns the document addresses. If it addresses both, it should be in this stage.
